I had already consumed melatonin in other formats and although it helped me to fall asleep, I woke up a few hours later. This one has sequential release and that has not happened again, so I am delighted.

It is very effective, I take it together with magnesium citrate and I rest much better. To put a but is the taste that I personally do not find very pleasant.
