Excellent taste, chewy and effective
Excellent strawberry-cream flavor, practical as they are chewable. The sensation of sleep 20 minutes after ingestion is similar to those of full action. I have noticed a longer sleep although I have woken up sometimes, I guess there are physical-chemical events in the body that are more powerful than the effect of melatonin, which is still something natural with a mild action, unlike opiates.

Excellent melatonin
The supplement comes in perfect condition. It is more interesting than conventional melatonin since being sequential release does not produce that peak of sleep after taking it and then goes away but keeps the reconciliation of sleep for longer. I totally recommend it.
