Wonderful
Being sequential release allows me to sleep throughout the night without losing the depth of sleep, unlike the rest of melatonins that take effect after taking them but in the middle of the night I wake up.

Magnificent
The dual release format is great to be able to assimilate the dose throughout the night. The only problem is that they are so tasty that sometimes I take them like candy, melting them in my mouth and the slow release effect is lost.... But they taste incredible!
