Effective

I have been surprised by the chewable melatonin tablets. The effect is progressive and does not leave you drowsy when you wake up. The pleasant strawberry flavor makes it go unnoticed in your mouth. Does what it promises

I bought this melatonin for me and my partner, who sometimes find it difficult to fall asleep. I have tried it and the truth is that I have slept better... but I have woken up before the alarm clock, which did not happen before. I do not know if it is because I have rested better or because when the effect ends, there is a rebound effect. The thing is that today I feel fine, so I deduce that it works.

He comprado esta melatonina para mí y mi pareja, que a veces nos cuesta conciliar el sueño. La he probado y la verdad que he dormido mejor... pero me he despertado antes del despertador, cosa que antes no pasaba. No sé si es porque he descansado mejor o porque al terminarse el efecto, se produce un efecto rebote. La cosa es que hoy me encuentro bien, así que deduzco que funciona.
