The beet is pure, it smells not the most pleasant and remains a little compact but fortunately it has no taste so you can mix it with some sweetener to give it the flavor you want

It is noticeable that the legs are less loaded. I'm trying different times to take it, but for now when I notice it the most is taking it 3 hours before training. The sachet format is a bit cumbersome, when you put your hand with the scoop you will end up staining yourself, I recommend switching to a wide-necked bottle to avoid staining so much.
Se nota que las piernas se cargan menos. Estoy probando diferentes momentos en los que tomarlo, pero por ahora cuando más lo noto es tomándolo 3 horas antes de entrenar. El formato sobre es un poco engorroso, al meter la mano con el cacito acabarás manchandote, recomiendo pasarlo a un bote de cuello ancho para no mancharse tanto.

Good colorant
I use it to give color to meals (veggie burgers or I would answer) and the truth is that I am very satisfied. With little quantity you get a good intense pink tone. What I like least is the presentation. As it stains the beets, it becomes a bit cumbersome to use, so I transferred it to a jar for convenience.
Lo uso para dar color a las comidas (hamburguesas vegetales o respondería) y la verdad es que muy satisfecho. Con poca cantidad se obtiene un buen tono rosado intenso.
Lo que menos me gusta es la presentación. Por lo que mancha la remolacha, se hace un poco engorroso de utilizar, así que lo transferí a un tarro para mayor comodidad.
