As a gift, it's great for training if you don't have other towels.
I usually train with regular small towels, not this fabric. I got this one as a gift from HSN and was curious, so I chose it. The fabric I had only seen on pool towels, and I didn't like it much (for pool/beach) because they don't seem to absorb water well. But for training, it's lightweight, can be folded and twisted with the strap it has, and the size is fine for all workout benches/machines.
Suelo entrenar con toallas pequeñas normales, no de este tejido. Obtuve esta por regalo de HSN y tuve curiosidad, así que la elegí. El tejido solo lo había visto en toallas de piscina, y no me gustaba mucho (para piscina/playa) porque no parece que absorban bien el agua. Pero para entrenar, es ligera, se puede doblar y enroscar con la cinta que tiene y de tamaño está bien para todos los bancos/máquinas de entrenamiento.
