I really liked speculoos, vanilla and salted caramel, I usually dilute them with 250 300ml water in the shaker for not too liquid consistency, while I use them thicker in porridge. They allow you to have multiple consistencies to suit your needs without any problems

For me, the soy ones are the best of hsn. Good nutritional values, satiating because of its thickness and some flavors are a real vice. Presentation could be somewhat improved if it were in a jar, although I suppose it would be more expensive. I don't know what to say about their effectiveness, but they do take away some hunger, which is not the case with the buttermilk ones, so they are great for me. Hopefully they will be replenished quickly.

Presentación algo mejorable si pasara a bote aunque supongo que se encarecería. Sobre la efectividad, no sé qué decir pero quitan algo de hambre, lo cual no ocurre en las de suero de leche, así que, por mí estupendas. Ojalá repongan rápido
