Yes, but there are better options
If you don't like caffeine or prefer to mix your caffeine and dosage I recommend it. I take it there but if one day you don't feel like caffeine or are looking for a caffeine free alternative it's good, it helps you sweat and lose some more although diet and exercise is key, it's not magic.
