Indicated in vegan and vegetarian diets
It is a good supplement for me who does not take a lot of animal products and tends to have anemia. I probably have problems with normal folate and this methylated version manages to allow me a better absorption than the basic form. The tablets are small and are easily taken the product gives good results that are maintained for a few months so in my case it needs to be cycled.
È una buona integrazione per me che non assumo molti prodotti di origine animale e tendo ad avere anemia. Probabilmente ho problemi con il normale folato e questa versione metilata riesce a permettermi un assorbimento migliore rispetto alla forma base. Le compresse sono piccole e si assumono facilmente il prodotto da buoni risultati che si mantengono per alcuni mesi quindi nel mio caso va ciclizzato.
