Very good taste but it came with balls that had to be broken.

Good taste but it does not dissolve, it came with hard balls and I am a regular customer and I did not expect it until now, the truth is that it has only been this product but it is very bad, very bad to improve although I would still recommend HSN I BELIEVE THAT THIS ASPECT MUST BE IMPROVED.

Sabor bueno pero no se disuelve venía echa pelotas duras no lo siguiente soy cliente habitual y no me lo esperaba hasta ahora la verdad que ha sido solo este producto pero mal muy mal a mejorar aunque seguiría recomendando la HSN CREO QUE SE DEBE MEJORAR ESE ASPECTO.

Hi Daniel, Sweet potato flour is a flour as such, it is not treated and no additives are added to its composition, so the formation of small agglomerations of dust during storage is a normal process, they are not dense and simply melt with your fingers, they do not pose any risk to safety or alter the effectiveness of the product. As raw flour that is this product, the dissolution is designed to make it in recipes or shakes using a shaker to avoid the formation of lumps, if you try to integrate with a fork or spoon as you can do with other treated flours (such as instant oatmeal, or cream of rice) if lumps are formed, it is normal, just use a specific device to avoid it. Hola Daniel, La harina de boniato es una harina como tal, no tiene tratamiento ni se le añaden aditivos a su composición, por lo que la formación de pequeñas aglomeraciones de polvo durante la conservación es un proceso normal, no son densas y se deshacen simplemente con los dedos, no suponen ningún riesgo a la seguridad ni alteran la eficacia del producto. Como harina cruda que es este producto, la disolución está pensada para hacerla en recetas o en batidos usando un shaker para evitar la formación de grumos, si se intenta integrar con tenedor o cuchara como se puede hacer con otras harinas tratadas (como la de avena instantánea, o la crema de arroz) sí se forman grumos, es algo normal, simplemente emplea un aparato específico para evitarlo.
