Great, other caffeines caused a spike that in my case accelerated me excessively creating tachycardia. Very bad if you have anxiety. This one on the other hand I took it for breakfast and I had energy all day long, not only during training. I've even taken it at lunchtime and it hasn't affected my sleep or anything else.
Genial, otras cafeinas provocaban un pico que en mi caso me aceleraba en exceso creandome taquicardias. Muy mala si tienes ansiedad.
