The tablets are a little big but swallow well, you have to take into account that they have a lot of EPA and DHA and also have the IFOS seal, I think it is a very good product.
Las pastillas son un poquito grandes pero se tragan bien, hay que tener en cuenta que tienen mucha cantidad de EPA y DHA y a parte tienen el sello IFOS, creo que es un muy buen producto.

I had a hard time deciding which omega 3 to buy. In the end this one is more expensive but it has the IFOS seal that assures the purity of the product. It also has 500 EPA and 250 DHA. I take it every morning with breakfast. It swallows well and does not cause any burning. I can't evaluate the results yet but I think it is necessary to compensate the omega 6.
Me costó decidirme por qué omega 3 comprar. Al final este es más caro pero tiene el sello IFOS que asegura la pureza del producto. Además tiene 500 EPA y 250 DHA.
Yo lo tomo todas las mañanas con el desayuno Se traga bien y no me produce ningún tipo de ardor.
Con respecto a resulrados no puedo valorar todavía pero creo que es necesario si o si para compensar el omega 6.
