The best omega 3!
I have been taking omega 3 every day for a long time. It is indispensable for me, since I don't eat any fish and seafood, only tuna and very rarely. Before buying this one, I was with HSN's Ultra Omega-3, but this one has more concentrated amount and it is much better! 750mg of fatty acids, of which 500mg EPA - 250mg DHA. One a day is enough, I take it after eating.
El omega 3 lo tomo todos los días desde hace mucho tiempo. Es indispensable para mí, ya que no como nada de pescado y marisco, solo atún y muy pocas veces. Yo antes de comprar este, estuve con el Ultra Omega-3 de HSN, pero este tiene más cantidad concentrada ¡y es mucho mejor! 750mg de ácidos grasos, de los cuáles 500mg EPA - 250mg DHA.
