I've been taking Omega 3 for many years. I used to take another brand, but I switched to this one from HSN. You have to be careful with Omega 3. Not all brands are reliable, and most are not, because they don't contain alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid correctly, or at all. They use hydrogenated oils and other substances.

Nem todas as marcas são de confiança, e na maioria, não é um produto fidedigno, porque não contêm ácido alfa-linolênico, ácido eicosapentaenoico e o ácido docosa-hexaenoico de forma correcta, ou mesmo, não contêm.
