Good but could be improved

It came to us in an order as a gift. So thank you very much. I don't eat chocolate (I don't like it, I'm the odd one out in my family), but my husband is the expert Swiss chocolatier. So I leave you with his assessment: "I found it too hard but that's not a bad thing, in dark chocolates it is to be appreciated. This hardness favors its preservation but it is a bit sandy in the mouth. I would increase the percentage of cocoa. I would look for alternatives in terms of natural sweeteners that are much more similar to the taste of Swiss dark chocolates. How easy to say, isn't it, and how difficult to achieve. For my part I liked it. Congratulations, you have succeeded, and I know that you will improve its quality with time. Best regards and thanks for the gift".

Nos llegó en un pedido como regalo. Así que muchas gracias. Yo no como chocolate (no me gusta, soy la rara de mi familia), pero mi marido sí es el experto chocolatero suizo. Así que os dejo con su valoración: "Me ha parecido demasiado duro pero eso no es malo, en los chocolates negros es de agradecer. Favorece su conservación esa dureza pero es algo arenoso en boca. Le subiría el porcentaje de cacao. Buscaría alternativas en cuanto a edulcorantes naturales que se asemejaran mucho más al sabor de los chocolates negros suizos. Qué fácil es decirlo ¿verdad?, y qué difícil lograrlo. Por mi parte me ha gustado. Enhorabuena está logrado, y me consta que iréis mejorando su calidad con el tiempo.
