Helps me focus better
If you are like me, one of those who wake up and have to wait at least 1 hour to "know where I am", this product is for you. Since I started using it, I no longer have this drowsiness (that even coffee didn't get rid of) at the beginning of the day, and more importantly, I can focus better on my work. The way I use it is when I wake up (about 30 minutes before my breakfast) and after lunch, which coincides shortly after my workout. Another mention to make, is that probably if you are sensitive to stimulants, go with half the daily dose at first, until you get used to it.
Si eres como yo, de los que se levanta y deben esperar al menos 1 hora para “saber dónde estoy”, este producto es el tuyo. Desde que he comenzado a utilizarlo ya no tengo esta somnolencia (que casi ni el café me quitaba) al principio del día, y lo más importante, que puedo enfocar mejor mi trabajo. La forma en la que lo uso es al levantar (unos 30 min antes de mi desayuno) y después del almuerzo, que coincide al poco tiempo con mi entrenamiento. Otra mención que se debe realizar, es que probablemente si eres sensible a los estimulantes, vayas al principio con la mitad de la dosis diaria, hasta que te acostumbres.
