Good price and good taste
The quality-price ratio is very good, they ingest well even when you have been running for several hours, they do not cause me any kind of stomach discomfort or heaviness and the lemon flavor is the best for me.

Very good value for money
Very good quality, I had tried the lemon flavor, I thought it would be a bit cloying and it is not. They have increased the size of the gel, before they were 50g, to me particularly that was perfect for me. I hope they continue to do so in the future.
Muy buena calidad, yo había probado el de sabor a Limón pensaba que sería un poco empalagoso y no es así. Han aumentado el tamaño del gel, antes eran de 50g, a mí particularmente ese me venía perfecto. Espero que lo sigan haciendo en un futuro.

A plus of energy
I recently had the opportunity to try these HSN gels and my results were very positive. I used them in the recent Valencia marathon, alternating a caffeine gel with a non-caffeine gel every 6km. They gave me the energy I needed to finish the race under 3:30h, my personal best. No stomach upset, and a refreshing taste (pineapple and lemon).
Recientemente he tenido la oportunidad de probar estos geles de HSN y mi resultado ha sido muy positivo. Los he empleado en la reciente maratón de Valencia, alternando cada 6km un gel de cafeína con otro sin cafeína. Me han proporcionado la energía necesaria para acabar la carrera bajando de las 3:30h, mi mejor marca personal. Ningún malestar estomacal, y un sabor refrescante (piña y limón).
