Very good lemon flavor.
The presentation is very well done, they are easy to open and the taste is very tasty. For cardio exercises I do not think there is nothing better, or to take before playing sports such as soccer, paper, tennis etc .... It gives you the desire and the necessary concentration to perform your task.
For weight training it falls short, but for the rest it is great.
Esta muy conseguida la presentación, son fáciles de abrir y el sabor esta muy rico. Para ejercicios de cardio no creo que halla nada mejor, o para tomar antes de hacer deporte como jugar al fútbol, papel, tenis etc... Te da las ganas y la concentración necesaria para realizar tu cometido.
Para entrenar con pesas se queda corto, pero para lo demás viene genial.
