Rich and effective
I use it for cooking and it works great. I can substitute it for oil, spread it on toast or use it in desserts as a healthier substitute. My girlfriend steals it from me many times to use it as a moisturizer and make-up remover. It can also be used as a massage oil... well, it never hurts to have it on hand.
Yo lo uso para cocinar y va genial. Tanto para sustituirlo por aceite como para untarlo en tostadas o usarlo en postres como sustituto más saludable. Mi novia me lo roba muchas veces para usarlo como crema hidratante y como desmaquillante. Sirve también como aceite para masajes... en fin, que nunca está de más tenerlo a mano.
