To the consumer's taste, they have the same effect in powder form as in capsules. If you do not have time to dissolve it, capsules are better.

Better hsn powder
I bought it for when I go on trips, to take it in capsules, but I prefer the HSN powder one. I notice a better effect. Now I take it in a small jar when I travel, this one in capsules has not given me such a good result.
La compré para cuando salgo de viaje, para llevarla en calpsulas, pero prefiero la de polvo de HSN. Noto mejor efecto. Ahora para los viajes la llevo en un tarrito pequeño, esta en cápsulas a mi no me ha dado tan buen resultado
