I take 2 a day so about 4000 ui especially in winter time, great for boosting immunity, I recommend taking it with vitamin k to better convey it to where our body needs it. Best at dinner time doctors say it promotes rest at night.
Ne prendo 2 al giorno per cui circa 4000 ui soprattutto nel periodo invernale, ottima per aumentare le difese immunitarie, vi consiglio di prenderla con la vitamina k per veicolarla meglio dove serve al nostro organismo. Meglio a cena i dottori dicono che favorisce il riposo notturno.
