I use it to add to breakfast smoothies. The cashew has a sweet taste in itself which makes the smoothie sweet without adding sugar. Obviously it has to be blended with a mixer to get it right.
Lo uso para añadirlo a los batidos del desayuno. El anacardo presenta un sabor dulce de por sí lo que hace que en dulce el batido sin echar azúcar. Obviamente para que quede bien tiene que batirse con batidora.
