Small caps. easy to swallow.

This is the first time I have taken biotin and, even though I have only been taking it for a few days, I already notice that my nails are harder. I hope it also works on the appearance of my hair as well as slowing down hair loss.

Es la primera vez que tomo biotina y, a pesar de llevar sólo unos días tomándola, ya noto que tengo las uñas más duras. Espero que funcione también con el aspecto del cabello además de frenar su caída.
