My nails and hair improved a lot while I was taking it. It is a very good product, but I imagine that I will need a lot of biotin, because shortly after I stopped taking it, my nails became brittle again. I will try a multivitamin that also contains biotin.
Me mejoraron mucho las uñas y el pelo mientras lo tomé. Es un producto muy bueno, pero imagino que tendré mucha necesidad de biotina, pues al poco de dejarlo ha vuelto la fragilidad en las uñas. Probaré con un multivitamínico que también contiene biotina.

It works
I bought this brand because of its incredible price. It works just like the HSN brand biotin. You notice faster hair growth not only on the head but all over the body. Although it does not prevent hair loss as it is a hormonal and stress issue. To avoid hair loss you have to attack stress and DHT (dihydrotestosterone).
Compré esta marca por su increíble precio. Funciona igual que la biotina de la marca HSN. Notas un crecimiento más rápido del pelo no solo de la cabeza sino de todo el cuerpo. Aunque no evita la caída ya que es un tema hormonal y de estrés. Para evitar la caída hay que atacar al estrés y a la DHT (di hidro testosterona).
