I received the 150-gram package as a free gift. It has a good mild flavor due to malic acid and is quite useful for a little extra energy. It does not dissolve in water, so I recommend putting it directly on the spoon or combining it with a preparation that has a thickener(guar gum, xanthan, etc.)
Ho ricevuto il pacchetto da 150 grammi come omaggio. Ha un buon sapore delicato grazie all'acido malico ed è abbastanza utile per avere un poco di energia in più. Non si scoglie in acqua, quindi consiglio di metterlo direttamente sul cucchiaio o abbinarlo a una preparazione che abbia un addensante(gomma di guar, xanthan, etc.)

I have already taken various forms of magnesium. Unfortunately, they have a negative effect on the intestines or are not tolerated because of my histamine intolerance. This magnesium is the first that I completely tolerate and also works. The only minus point is that it does not dissolve so well and settles when you fill the daily ration into a bottle. But then I just shake it. Otherwise, everything top, it works, is tolerable and no additives!
Ich habe schon verschiedene Magnesiumformen genommen. Leider wirken sie sich negativ auf den Darm aus oder sind wegen meiner Histaminintoleranz nicht verträglich. Dieses Magnesium ist das Erste, das ich komplett vertrage und auch wirkt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es sich nicht so gut löst und sich absetzt, wenn man die Tagesration in eine Flasche füllt. Aber dann schüttel ich es eben. Ansonsten alles top, es wirkt, ist verträglich und keine Zusatzstoffe!

Good price, excellent absorption level, this Magnesium supplement does what it says, and the Malate is one of the best sources for the body to consume mangesium for athletes. Preferably take in the morning.
