Does not taste bad
This powdered form of magnesium, malate, is not unpleasant to take in terms of taste. It is easily diluted. As I regularly take magnesium, I alternate between different types of magnesium (malate, citrate, glycinate,...). Malate is recommended to be taken more in the morning because it is said to provide a certain energy boost (in my case it is not very noticeable).
Esta forma de magnesio, el malato, en polvo no es desagradable de tomar en cuanto al sabor. Se diluye fácilmente. Como tomo regularmente magnesio, voy alternando unos y otros tipos de magnesio (malato, citrato, glicinato,...). El malato se aconseja tomarlo más por las mañanas, porque dicen que aporta cierto empuje energético, (en mi caso no es muy notable).
