Comfort, taste and results
This Sleep Care is very interesting, as it combines in a single product most of the active ingredients aimed at improving sleep (if they added niacin and perhaps zinc, it would be perfect). I have noticed its effects from the first dose. It also comes in powder form, a healthier and more natural presentation in my opinion, instead of daily ingestion of cellulose and mg stearate capsules. Very pleasant taste -perhaps a bit sweet for my taste- taken as an infusion diluted in a cup of hot water.
Muy interesante este Sleep Care, en tanto que combina en un solo producto la mayoría de principios activos orientados a la mejora del sueño (si le añadiesen niacina y quizá zinc, sería perfecto). He notado sus efectos desde la primera toma.
Además viene en polvo, una presentación en mi opinion más saludable y natural en lugar de ingerir diariamente cápsulas de celulosa y estearato de mg.
Sabor muy agradable –quizá un tanto dulce para mi gusto– tomado como una infusión diluído en una taza de agua caliente.
