I have recently tried this product and it provides me with an excellent source of hydration. I use it at the Gym and when I ride my bike and the results are very good.

Necessary contribution

I always use Evolytes powder when I train. I add them to my hydration bladder along with multivitamins or essential amino acids. They are excellent value for money.

A must

I bought it for my husband for his workouts because he had a tendency to get very dehydrated despite not stopping to drink water (he would get palpitations afterwards). Since he replenishes his water and electrolytes with this, he does much better.

Se lo compré a mi marido para sus entrenos porque tenía tendencia a deshidratarse mucho pese a no parar de beber agua (le daban palpitaciones después). Desde que repone hidroelectrolitos con esto, lo pasa mucho mejor.
