Revealing to me

La forma de preparación es muy fácil ya que con agua se disuelve sin problemas y no se aglomera. Lo único a destacar es que al ser sabor neutro, mercándolo solo con agua es muy salado pero si se le añade zumo de limón se consigue un sabor que hace más fácil su ingesta. Yo lo uso durante los entrenamientos y me va muy bien.
