Discovery

Healthy fat

Fantastic quality, very strong flavor

Although I recognize that the quality and presentation are very good, I did not like the taste. I suppose I will use it to make a Galician bica, since it requires clarified butter. I find it very convenient that it does not need refrigeration.

This ghee is spectacular. I use it for cooking, sautéing or even as a spread on toast. It has a smooth and clean taste, and because it is clarified, it feels great. Perfect for keto diets or those looking for quality fats. I love that it is organic. I will repeat for sure.
