The reliable weight gainer
I usually take it in volume phase, to train, or sometimes as a substitute for a meal that I will not be able to do. That if, to grow cleanly you have to get a lot of cane in the gym that if not you gain belly (I say this from experience).
Yo lo suelo tomar en fase de volumen, para entrenar, o a veces como sustituto de alguna comida que no voy a poder hacer. Eso si, para crecer limpiamente hay que meterse mucha caña en el gym que sino se gana barriga (lo digo por experiencia).

I bought it for my husband since he always loses weight in the summer due to the wear and tear of the work he does. It's too early to say how he likes it. So far he says that the vanilla flavor is good with both water and milk. One kg is enough for about 10 days. I will update my opinion as soon as I see the results. What is not comfortable in itself is that to pick up the bag you get your whole hand dirty with the product.
Lo compré para mi marido ya que el verano siempre pierde peso por el desgaste del trabajo que lleva. Es pronto para valorar que tal le va. De momento dice que el sabor vainilla está bueno tanto con agua como con leche. Un kg da para 10 días aprox. actualizaré la opinión conforme se vean los resultados.
Lo que no es cómodo en sí es que para coger el cazito de la bolsa te pringas la mano entera con el producto.

The chocolate flavor is the best. It has a good texture and helps to increase caloric intake throughout the day. As 4 dispensers (100g) seems too much for a meal, what I do is to make two shots of 2 and 2.

Strawberry flavor (very good)
Very happy with the product and the taste. The effectiveness is great and in terms of quality / price is quite good (better when there is discount worth saying) I recommend choosing a larger amount (I took 1 kg) as it only gives for 10 services.

Lo compré porqué a mi mujer le cuesta subir de peso, es más tiende a perderlo con facilidad. Esto se agrava con el calor ya que tiene menos hambre. Con los batidos de forma puntual en alguna merienda ha conseguido recuperar algo del peso perdido. Sin duda hay que disolverlo con agua con bebida vegetal quedaba muy denso.
