I tend to have a lot of trouble sleeping, but this product helps me a lot. Obviously, in cases of extreme stress, I need extra help in the form of valerian, which is great for me. But for the days when I just have trouble sleeping, I take two capsules half an hour before going to bed, and I feel myself getting sleepy little by little. I think it's great.
Suelo tener muchos problemas para dormir, pero este producto me ayuda muchísimo. Obviamente, en casos de muchísimo estrés, necesito una ayuda extra en forma de valeriana que me viene genial. Pero para los días en los que simplemente me cueste dormir, tomo dos cápsulas media hora antes de acostarme, y voy notando cómo va entrándome sueño poco a poco. Me parece genial.
