Better quality of sleep
I saw a better quality of sleep after a few days, no interruption at night. However, the sleep is not direct. I only take one capsule because 2 give me nightmares, probably due to a surplus of melatonin.
J'ai vu une meilleure qualité de sommeil au bout de quelques jours, aucune interruption la nuit. Par contre l'endormissement n'est pas direct. Je ne prends qu'une seule gélule car 2 me donnent des cauchemars, probablement à cause d'un surplus de mélatonine.

Better than I expected. After trying several, this is the one I noticed its effects the most. It does not help me to fall asleep, but it does help me to rest better and sleep more deeply. I wake up in the morning more rested.

Before I couldn't sleep until 2am, now I take two of these capsules (recommended amount) 10 minutes before training and in one hour I fall asleep. For those days when you have to go to bed early it's great.

Better sleep quality
I have been taking it every night for a little over a month, 1 hour before going to bed. I have noticeably improved the continuity of sleep so I rest better. If you are one of those who wake up several times a night, I recommend this supplement.
