I started using it because I had a lot of problems falling asleep and little by little I have been lowering the dose, but when I need it, I keep using it. It doesn't make you groggy, but you feel like sleeping, but if you stay awake you can go on with your normal life.

It works better than I expected!
I had been taking overpriced drugstore products for some time to combat waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep, which worked for me, but I decided to switch and try Sleep Care. After a couple of weeks, I have to say that I am more than happy. It works just as well or better for me and is much less expensive.
