I use it en masse alternating with adaptogenic tonics
I use it for lean mass and testosterone enhancement in synergy with a lot of natural products so it is not easy to determine the contribution of the individual supplement. In synergy I use it more as an adaptogenic tonic than as a booster, to take a short break from the prolonged use of ashwagandha.
Lo utilizzo per l'aumento della massa magra e del testosterone in sinergia con moltissimi prodotti naturali quindi non è facile determinare l'apporto del singolo integratore. In sinergia lo impiego più come tonico adattogeno che come booster, per fare una breve pausa dall'impiego prolungato di ashwagandha.

I have noticed better muscle quality and more strength. I have combined it with evoepic. However, I think it would be better to combine it with laxogenin, but HSN does not currently have this product.

I don't know if it's a coincidence or placebo effect. But I've been using it for a few weeks and my physique and the weight lifted in each exercise is improving, and I'm in definition.

Placebo or real effect, but it worked for me while I was taking it, especially in muscle recovery, much faster, being able to train more aggressively. In the 1st week I gained 2Kg lean without any change in diet, and kept it up after finishing the bottle. I will repeat.
