Brutal if you are a gymbro. I do not recommend it to new or intermittent users.
Although it is not a cheap price, its function is brutal. I do not know if there is placebo or not but since I take it along with ashwaganda I have increased the outside and the connection in training a lot, I have come to train from Monday to Saturday 3 weeks in a row and I do not stop progressing. All this counting on the fact that I am already advanced in the gym and not exactly new. I divide my routine in 4 days and going 6 days I have not noticed or fatigued and I have not injured myself and I have made noticeable progress. Obviously the product is not god, it is a supplement to recover better and synthesize protein better, but it is essential to train and eat well or not be casual or new to the gym. If you don't have a good base and a few workouts behind you, don't play the fool, first train, progress and when you are firm in not missing any workout and train well and heavy and also take enough protein or supplement with it, then consider using it.
Pese a que no es un precio del todo barato, su función es brutal. No se si hay placebo o no pero desde que lo tomo junto a ashwaganda he aumentado la fuera y la conexión en los entrenamientos un montón, he llegado a entrenar de lunes a sabado 3 semanas seguidas y no dejo de progresar. Todo esto contando con que ya soy avanzado en el gym y no nuevo precisamente. Divido mi rutina en 4 días y yendo 6 no me he notado ni fatigado y me he lesionado y además he conseguido progresos notorios. Evidentemente no es dios el producto, es un suplemento para recuperarte mejor y sintetizar mejor la proteina, pero es indispensable entrenar y comer bien o no ser casual o nuevo en el gym. Si no tienes una buena base y unos cuantos entrenamientos detrás no hagas el bobo, primero entrena, progresa y cuando seas firme en no faltar a ningun entreno y en entrenar bien y pesado y además tomes suficiente proteina o te suplementes con ella ahí planteate usarlo.
