Bars of quite compact filled with puffed rice that give a very good Crunch flavor, chocolate flavor pretty good, I use them to carry in the jersey and make cycling routes, these days of heat endure, as far as it fits quite well the heat does not fall apart much with the heat, in my case recommended I will buy them again.
