Essential vitamin for the winter
If you want to avoid unnecessary colds, always have a bottle of vitamin C on hand. At the slightest runny nose or throat clearing, a couple of pills and the next day you will be (almost) as good as new. I recommend combining it with zinc, omega 3, a probiotic, magnesium and vitamin D.
