I received this vitamin C supplement in its 30 capsule format as a gift corresponding to an order I placed with HSN. I combine it with hydrolyzed collagen and magnesium bisglycinate, since these 3 elements taken together act synergistically and enhance the action and effect of each of them, especially in tissues such as skin, bones and joints. This vitamin C is also one of the most antioxidant together with vitamin E. Its effects on skin, bones and joints are undoubtedly noticeable.
Recibí este suplemento de vitamina C en su formato de 30 cápsulas como regalo correspondiente a un pedido que hice con HSN. Lo combino con el colágeno hidrolizado y el bisglicinato de magnesio, ya que, estos 3 elementos tomados de manera conjunta actúan de forma sinérgica y potencian la acción y efecto de cada uno de ellos, sobre todo en tejidos como la piel, huesos y articulaciones.
