It's very, very good. It is very, very noticeable when you start supplementing with it. More active, better mood, less colds, I recommend.

Good effective dose.
I love HSN, which doesn't beat around the bush and offers you vitamin C tablets so you don't have to take 100 pills a day. It is true that if you have difficulty swallowing pills, it may not be ideal, but for me personally it works great. I take them for my health and I feel more energetic since I've been taking them. My skin, nails and hair are also grateful.
Me encanta HSN que no se anda con rodeos y te ofrece unos comprimidos de vitamina C para que no tengas que andar tomándote 100 pastillas al día. Es verdad que si tienes dificultad para tragar pastillas, quizá no sea el ideal, pero a mí personalmente me va fenomenal. Las tomo por salud y me siento con más energía desde que las tomo. La piel, las uñas y el pelo también lo agradecen.
