For collagen and magnesium supplementation
When HSN is out of stock of collagen with magnesium it is almost impossible to find a brand that has good bioavailability of collagen and carries the necessary dose of vitamin C to be able to absorb it. This vitamin C helps me a lot when there is no collagen complex left, which is the best I have taken to date. It is also a vitamin C at a very good price and great format.
