It was a gift the small bottle , and I notice the results , I placed an order with the big bottle , I do not notice so many loads on the legs after kms , even on gym days .

Fundamental!
I started taking it because I was looking for an alternative to the drugstore anti-inflammatories I was taking for arthritis. It worked better than I expected, but since its effect was only felt after 1 month of taking it, I only had confirmation of its effectiveness when I stopped taking it (the pain came back...). Well worth it, with the bonus that it also helped raise my estrogen levels.
Comecei a tomar pois procurava uma alternativa para os anti-inflamatórios de farmácia que tomava para a artrite. Funcionou melhor do que esperava, mas como o seu efeito só se fez sentir após 1 mês de toma, só tive confirmação da sua eficácia quando parei de tomar (as dores voltaram...). Vale bem a pena, com o bónus de também ter ajudado a elevar os meus níveis de estrogênio.
