Great
At first I was reluctant about the effectiveness of this product. Being a nootropic, sometimes you have to give it time to take effect. I take one capsule at night and I especially like this one from Shoden, which is the one I have noticed the most effects with. At first (maybe by chance or other factors), I felt a little more tired. But when you have been using it for 2-3 weeks, you notice a better rest, you sleep better, it combats daily stress and you wake up with a lot of energy. Very satisfied
Al principio me mostraba reticente en tanto a la efectividad de este producto. Al ser un nootropo, a veces hay que darle tiempo en que haga efecto. Yo me tomo una cápsula por la noche y me gusta especialmente esta de Shoden, que es con la que he notado más efectos. Al primcipio (a lo mejor es casualidad u otros factores), me notaba un poco más cansado. Pero cuando llevas 2-3 semanas usándola, notas un mayor descanso, concilias mejor el sueño, combate bastante el estrés diario y te levantas con bastante energía. Muy satisfecho
