It does its duty
I have been taking it for almost a month along with physphatidylserine. I used to be plagued by mild anxiety especially in the morning, since taking these two products, I feel much less agitated and upon waking up I no longer feel that very unpleasant anxious feeling. Recommended.
La prendo da quasi un mese insieme alla fisfatidilserina. Ero afflitto da un lieve stato di ansia soprattutto al mattino, da quando prendo questi due prodotti, mi sento molto meno agitato e al risveglio non percepisco più quella sensazione ansiosa molto spiacevole. Consigliato.

Too strong
I consider that these Ashwaghanda tablets have too high a concentration. It is generally recommended that these types of supplements have between 1 and 10% withanolides, and this supplement has 35% (!!!). Did it reduce my stress? Yes, but at what cost. I felt especially groggy and sluggish, probably because of the reduction in cortisol.
Considero que estas pastillas de Ashwaghanda tienen una concentración demasiado alta. Se recomienda en general que este tipo de complementos tengan entre el 1 y el 10% de withanolidos, y este complemento tiene el 35% (!!). Redujo mi estrés? Si pero a qué costa. Me notaba especialmente aturdido y lento, probablemente dada la reducción en el cortisol.
