Help improve sleep quality
I combine it with melatonin and magnesium and I sleep peacefully like a baby after a bottle. The size of the tablets is small, easy to swallow, does not smell or taste like anything, so it is easy to consume.
Me ayudan bastante a mejorar la calidad del sueño, y por ende, a tener más energía durante el resto del día, lo combino con melatonina y magnesio y duermo plácidamente como un bebé después del biberón. Useful for increasing deep sleep
Use before bedtime and goodbye to nighttime awakenings. They improve rest and good mood, I believe they also have a positive effect on increasing testosterone but don't expect miracles.

It works
I was consuming this product in powder form and the truth is that I did not see any effect. I decided to try it in these capsules and I do notice it in the rest, deeper, I wake up more rested. Of course, I am alternating it with lavender, magnesium and other supplements so that the body does not get used to it and it stops having an effect.
Estuve consumiendo este producto en polvo y la verdad que no veía efecto. Me decidí a probarlo en estas cápsulas y sí que lo noto en el descanso, más profundo, me levanto más descansada.
