I have always used water to hydrate before, during and after my runs. Now I use EVOLITES with caffeine before going out and EVOTONIC when I come back and the improvement in recovery is very noticeable. Very tasty blue raspberry flavor, not cloying and good dissolution.

The label does not mislead but it would be nice to have isotonic with less sugar. I recommend putting less than the indicated amount because otherwise the drink is very sweet and does not quench thirst. Otherwise, good taste, good dissolution...
La etiqueta no engaña pero estaría bien tener isotónico con menos azúcar. Recomiendo poner menos cantidad de la indicada porque sino la bebida es muy dulce y no sacia la sed. Por lo demás buen sabor, buena disolución...
