Very effective
I took it before and while I was doing long runs and felt much better once I finished, I noticed it quite a bit. I didn't like the orange flavor, but I'll try a different one.

I have been taking it for about 1 year and I always repeat. It is not excessively sweet and the neutral flavor is very good. It is not cloying at all, which is what has always bothered me about isotonics, which end up being cloying. I take this one on bike rides of more than 5 hours and it's great.
Llevo cerca de 1 año tomándolo y siempre repito. No es excesivamente dulce y el sabor neutro está muy bien. No se hace nada empalagoso que es lo que siempre me ha molestado de los isotónicos, que acaban empalagando. Este lo tomo en salidas de bici de más de 5 horas y super bien.
