Good taste, dilutes very well. Good option to take during training, I add it to the water in my water bottle for cycling. Melon flavor, I like it, it's not at all cloying.

Cola flavor
I tried other flavors and I didn't like them as much as the cola. I notice the difference between the day I don't take it and the day I do, it gives a plus of energy.
