I use it for double sessions and for times of the year when it is very hot. With one dipper the flavor is not very intense. I buy the cola flavor.

Good intra-training option
The quality and price is not bad considering the price of isotonic drinks. I bought it on a recommendation to replenish minerals during Crossfit, but I will wait a while to see how effective it is. The melon flavor, of course, is tasty.

I ordered lemon, melon and cola flavors. I waited to try the 3 flavors to be able to evaluate them, and the truth is that they are all very tasty and have a great effect (especially now in summer). They are not heavy to drink, at least the flavors I ordered. They are not at all cloying.

Me he esperado hasta probar los 3 sabores para poder valorar, y lo cierto es que están todos muy ricos y hacen mucho efecto (sobretodo ahora en verano).
No se hace pesado beberlos, al menos los sabores que yo he pedido. No son nada empalagosos.
