It's great, it has no additives... except for my fingers, because I have self-prohibited the spoon, spoon, knife. If I'm on the right track, I do the following as breakfast... I cook the oats(+10 grs chia and 10 grs flax seeds) with water in a saucepan (or bowl and three minutes of micro), add egg whites - stir - some blueberries and raspberries and a teaspoon of the peanut butter..... Bru tal!!! In "two words", complete to the fullest, protein... and above all... tasty, tasty, tasty.... If I take it as a snack, I cut apple slices, and I spread the cream (moderately... don't be a fatty like me!!!), and finally, I cut a banana into slices... to the freezer for a couple of hours, or three. In the meantime, I mix the non-fat chocolate powder, the peanut butter and a little milk (the type and quantity is up to you). Stir until it has the consistency that you like... Then I crush the frozen banana until it has the consistency of ice cream... chocolate topping (the one we just made) and if you want some walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds... or whatever you have... and enjoy it, it's two days and one was yesterday!
Está buenísimo, no cuenta con ningún aditivo... a excepción de mis dedos, porque me he autoprohibido la cuchara, cucharilla, cuchillo. Si voy por el buen camino, hago lo siguiente como desayuno... cuezo la avena(+10 grs de chía y 10 grs semillas de lino) con agua en un cazo (o bowl y tres minutos de micro), le añado claras de huevo - remover - unos arándanos y frambuesas y una cucharadita de la crema de cacahuete... Bru tal!!! En "dos palabras", completo a más no poder, proteínico... y sobre todo... rico, rico, rico...
Si me lo tomo en plan snack, corto rodajas de manzana, y le unto la crema (moderadamente... no seáis unos gordos como yo!!), y por último, corto un plátano en rodajas... al congelador un par de horitas, o tres. Mientras mezclo chocolate en polvo desgrasado, la crema de cacahuete y un poco de leche (a vuestra elección el tipo y la cantidad). Remover hasta que tenga la consistencia que os guste... Luego trituro el plátano congelado hasta que quede con la consistencia de un helado... topping de chocolate (el que acabamos de hacer) y si queréis unas nueces, avellanas, cacahuetes, almendras... o lo que tengáis... y a disfrutar que son dos días y uno fue ayer!!
