Dulce de leche lover

I am a lover of caramel, banoffee, dulce de leche flavors, and this cream has certainly exceeded my expectations. I was also expecting the typical texture of nut creams, which are dense but moist, however, the presentation of this one is a hard cream (butter type very very compact) and then in the mouth soft and light.
