Improves digestion
Since I have been taking it I have noticed an improvement in digestion especially with heavy meals or with dairy products that I could not even try, not even those that are lactose free. It seems to help a lot to improve the permeability of the intestine and thus prevent irritation and gastric problems. A great discovery.
